Description
Product Overview
Build a world-class carbine on a high-precision foundation with the Radian Weapons A-DAC 15 Ambidextrous Lower Receiver (Radian Gray Cerakote). Machined from aircraft-grade 7075-T6 billet aluminum, this semi-complete lower receiver features an oversized flared magazine well, an integrated trigger guard, and a durable Radian Gray Cerakote finish engineered to withstand harsh field environments.
At the center of its design is Radian's patented A-DAC (Ambidextrous Dual Action Catch) system, allowing right-handed shooters to easily lock the bolt to the rear without removing their firing hand from the grip. Simply pull the charging handle rearward while depressing the right-side magazine release button. Factory-equipped with pre-installed Radian Talon 45/90 ambidextrous safety selectors, Radian Enhanced Takedown Pins, and a Self-Adjusting Receiver Tensioner (SART), the A-DAC 15 provides an ultra-stable, duty-ready platform.
FFL Required: This item is a regulated firearm component (serialized lower receiver). Shipment must be directed to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) dealer for in-person background check and transfer in accordance with federal and state laws.

Frequently Asked Questions
How does the patented A-DAC (Ambidextrous Dual Action Catch) work?
The A-DAC system links the right-side magazine release button to the bolt catch mechanism. To lock the bolt open without taking your hand off the pistol grip, pull the charging handle back while holding down the right-side magazine release button, then release the charging handle.
Are proprietary lower receiver parts included with the Radian A-DAC?
Yes. All proprietary hardware comes pre-installed or supplied in the package, including the extended bolt catch, left-side magazine release paddle, right-side magazine release button, right-side bolt release paddle, hammer pin, SART tensioner, and Radian Talon safety selector.
What is the function of the SART (Self-Adjusting Receiver Tensioner)?
The SART is a spring-loaded plunger located inside the lower receiver rear lug pocket. It constantly exerts tension against the upper receiver's rear pin lug to eliminate upper/lower receiver slop and wobble without binding the takedown pin.
Is this lower receiver compatible with standard AR-15 upper receivers and triggers?
Yes. The A-DAC 15 accepts standard mil-spec dimension upper receivers and aftermarket triggers (such as Geissele, TriggerTech, Timney, and CMC).
