California AB1263 Compliance - Signature Fee & ID Upload

NOTICE REQUIRED UNDER CALIFORNIA ASSEMBLY BILL 1263 (AB‑1263) for California Residents

Due to California Assembly Bill 1263 (AB 1263), we are required to verify the age and identity of California residents purchasing firearm parts and accessories for delivery within the state.  You must read and acknowledge you have read the following California Compliance Policy. 

You must check the checkbox to attest under penalty of perjury your agreement and acknowledgement. 

If you do not agree with the terms, please do not complete your purchase.  

If you are a California resident and your order will be shipped to a California address, you must:

• Upload a clear, legible copy of your valid, unexpired California Real ID (or other acceptable form of identification as required by law).
• The shipping address must match the address listed on your uploaded ID.

Additionally, all shipments to California residents require Adult Signature Confirmation (age 21+) upon delivery.

To help keep costs reasonable, we charge a nominal fee ($6) incorporated to our shipping fee schedule for California addresses for the Adult Signature Service. Shipping continues to be free for orders $500+.

These requirements and fees apply only to shipped orders. They do not apply to in-store pickup orders or for orders that are not firearms parts and accessories related (hats, eye protection, ear protection, apparel, etc). Reach out to info@TerranGearUSA.com if you have any questions.
