The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for the Wilson Combat EDC X9 with a 4 inch barrel is a precision engineered upgrade designed to significantly reduce felt recoil, improve shooting control, and protect critical firearm components. This advanced multi spring recoil system replaces the factory recoil assembly and allows shooters to fine tune slide performance based on ammunition, shooting style, and recoil preference.
Using DPM’s patented multi spring technology, the system progressively manages slide movement to reduce frame stress, improve reliability, and deliver faster follow up shots. The open side of the spring must be installed against the spring plug, and the spring plug must always be used when operating this system.
