The Nomad Defense Nomad 9SX is a next-generation concealed carry frame that delivers the control of a G19 sized grip with the compact slide interface of a G26. This upgraded platform improves on the proven Nomad 9, 9X and 9F series and is engineered for shooters who demand better ergonomics, higher performance, and reliable compatibility.

This frame is fully compatible with the Nomad 9 Magwell and Backstrap Combo. It accepts Glock G26 Gen5 components except for magazines which must be G19 magazines. For best safety and reliability, Nomad Defense recommends Glock OEM Gen5 components or Nomad factory parts.

The Nomad 9SX solves two major shortcomings of the factory G26 platform. Poor ergonomics and limited capacity are eliminated through a grip that matches G19 feel while retaining the concealability and reduced weight of the G26 slide. The result is a compact frame that shoots like a duty sized pistol.

Accessory Compatibility

The front rail uses standard 1913 style dimensions. Due to the shorter nose length, some lights may have limited fitment. Tested compatible lights include:

Holster compatibility is improved through adjusted exterior dimensions. Most G26 holsters will fit, though light-bearing holsters vary by model. Terran Gear USA continues to work with holster makers to expand supported options.

Built Around the Glock Gen5 Platform

The Nomad 9SX is engineered for left and right handed shooters. It ships with two interchangeable backstraps, a trigger housing retention pin and a backstrap retention pin. The frame maintains full compatibility with G26 Gen5 internal components while supporting some Gen3 and Gen4 parts. A compatibility chart is included.
