Developed with direct input from active-duty medical personnel, the ReFlex IFAK is a two-piece system designed for organized and ambidextrous access to critical medical supplies. This system, comprised of a med roll and carrier, is constructed primarily with heavy-duty nylon laminate for rapid deployment when seconds count.

The ReFlex IFAK system was designed around the medical supplies included in the U.S. Army-issued IFAK. The ReFlex Carrier and ReFlex Med Roll can be purchased together or separately.
