The DPM Mechanical Recoil Reduction System for AR-15/M-16 5.56/.223 and PCC 9mm Carbine platforms (SKU: 1000255, EAN: 5213007222558, MPN: AR-CAPT/2) is a captured, drop-in upgrade that directly replaces your standard carbine-length buffer. No modifications are needed to your rifle or pistol caliber carbine setup. This patented multi-spring design with counterweights gradually slows the bolt carrier group before it bottoms out, delivering smoother operation and reduced felt recoil.
