DPM Captured Recoil Reduction System for Glock 19/23/25/32/38 – Gen 1–3
Upgrade your Glock’s performance with the DPM Captured Recoil Reduction System, engineered for Glock models 19, 23, 23C, 25, 32, and 38 (Generations 1–3). Designed to reduce recoil, enhance accuracy, and protect your slide and frame, this system is perfect for both competition and defensive shooters.
The system features a patented multi-spring setup, including a hidden internal buffer spring that activates during the final 3–4mm of slide travel. This internal spring absorbs the harsh impact at the end of the slide cycle, minimizing wear and reducing felt recoil. The two external springs are tuned for different firearm setups and ammunition types.
Power Ratings & Spring Versions
Each system includes a 7 lb firing pin spring and your choice of one of the following configurations:
- Extra Soft Version – Ideal for compensated or suppressed Glocks:
Idle Position: 9 lbs Full Open: 12 lbs - Soft Version – Recommended for Glock 25 (.380), ported barrels, or light loads:
Idle Position: 10 lbs Full Open: 15 lbs - Standard Version – Best for Glock 23 (.40 S&W), Glock 32 (.357), Glock 38 (.45 G.A.P):
Idle Position: 11 lbs Full Open: 22 lbs - Heavy Duty Version – Optimized for Glock 32 (.357) with aggressive cycling:
Idle Position: 12 lbs Full Open: 28 lbs
