Description

Product Overview

Expand your red dot mounting options beyond standard DPP and SIG LOC footprints with the GTO Optics Adapter Plates for SIG P211 & P320 (Romeo 1 Pro with RMR Holes Cut). Precision CNC-machined in the USA from ultra-durable 7075-T6 aircraft aluminum and finished with a Mil-Spec hard-coat anodize, these adapter plates bridge the gap between SIG's factory slide cuts and the industry's most popular optic footprints.

These plates deliver a rock-solid, low-profile interface. Each all-inclusive kit comes complete with color-coded, high-strength mounting screw packages to eliminate guesswork during installation and maintain zero under hard use.

Slide Compatibility Verification Required: SIG SAUER produces multiple factory variations of the "Romeo 1 Pro Cut" both with and without drilled RMR mounting holes. Please carefully inspect your slide's screw hole pattern against product photos prior to ordering. Compatible with SIG P211 models and select older-variant P320 slides featuring factory-drilled RMR holes. Please also take SPECIAL NOTE of the LINEAR CHANNEL down the center of the optic cut on your slide. This plate will only fit on optic cuts that have two channels and will NOT fit properly on single channel optic cuts.  Please review the photos for this product listing to confirm your optic footprint channel pattern prior to purchasing.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I know if my SIG P320 slide has the required RMR holes?
Remove your slide's optic cover plate. If your slide cut features two sets of threaded mounting holes (one set for DeltaPoint Pro/R1P and an additional forward set drilled for 6-40 RMR screws), your slide is compatible with this adapter plate.
Will my factory iron sights co-witness with an optic installed on this plate?
On SIG P320 handguns fitted with SIG #8 sights, most optics achieve a comfortable lower 1/3rd co-witness (or lower 1/8th with the 509T DOGTAG). On the P211, standard RMR footprint optics do not co-witness with OEM iron sights, but low-profile RMSc/EPS/EPS Carry footprints achieve a clean lower 1/3rd co-witness.
Can I mount a Trijicon RCR enclosed optic with this plate?
Yes, the Trijicon RCR works on the RMR-footprint plate. However, installation requires using the longer Capstan thread-passing screws provided directly by Trijicon inside the RCR optic packaging.
How often should I replace my optic mounting screws?
Due to slide acceleration and rotational torque forces during firing cycles, replacing your optic mounting screws every 10,000 rounds is recommended to minimize metal fatigue and prevent screw shear failure.
